  • YOU CAN PROVE THAT YOUR TOUR WAS CANCELLED DUE TO COVID-19.
     

    • ACCEPTABLE PROOF INCLUDES ONE OR MORE OF THE FOLLOWING:
       

      • SIGNED DOCUMENTS FROM MANAGEMENT WITH YOUR FULL NAME, TOUR POSITION, AND THE COMPANY/ARTISTS NAME AND EMAIL ATTACHED

      • PAY STUBS FROM THE BAND/BUSINESS TEAM WITH YOUR FULL NAME DISPLAYED (PLEASE EDIT OUT OTHER SENSITIVE INFORMATION)

      • MASTER TOUR CREW SHEETS WITH YOUR NAME HIGHLIGHTED

      • PICTURE/SCREENSHOT OF TOUR BOOKLET WITH YOUR NAME HIGHLIGHTED
